At T21, our journey began with a shared passion for baseball between Michael and Tyson, driven by a deep desire to inspire the next generation of players.
Our mission is to combine high-level professional baseball coaching and athlete development with a sense of community, support and inclusiveness. We are here to help young athletes build confidence, strive for excellence, and achieve success.

Baseball has profoundly shaped our lives, and now, we're committed to giving back by sharing our knowledge and love for the game with young athletes.

We're not just about teaching skills; we're about building a motivated, inclusive community where every player feels welcome and supported.

Our greatest strength lies in our exceptional team of athletes and coaches. Each member has been selected for their ability to nurture and develop talent, ensuring every player reaches their full potential. Baseball Camps For Associations
Associations and organizations who would like to put on their own fall/spring baseball camps can do so with the support of T21! Independently host your camps and have our world class coaches run them to perfection.
Full Season Club Coaching
T21 offers full season club coaching programs that can be booked as a one-time service, for a partial season, or as a full season program. These are tailored for little league and youth baseball organizations throughout Vancouver's lower mainland.
Pop-up camps
Pop-up camps are full-day events designed to be fun and approachable. We typically handle 3 to 4 organizations at once, from an entire little league to multiple clubs from different areas. Our eval camps are incredibly popular and host anywhere from 80 to upwards of 200 athletes.
Evaluation Prep packages
We provide help with running your organizations evaluations prior to season to maintain that consistency throughout your league. We develop a grading system out of 10 in which the organization will receive.
Onfield fall camps: September & October · Spring Break Camps: March & April
We offer skill-focused camps with specialized mini-programs like "Batter's Eye", where we assess pitch detection and strike zone identification skills, and provide visual training for hitters.
